Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules governing your use of the ATRAVIX® website and platform. By accessing or using ATRAVIX®, you agree to comply with this policy. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You must not use the ATRAVIX® website or platform to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity, including market manipulation, fraud or money laundering
• Attempt to scrape, harvest or extract data from the platform without authorisation
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the platform software
• Upload, transmit or distribute harmful, malicious or offensive content
• Impersonate any person, organisation or entity, including ATRAVIX® or its staff
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or network
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform or its infrastructure
• Use the platform to circumvent any security or access control measure
• Use the platform in a way that violates the rights of any third party
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account

You must not attempt to manipulate, game or artificially influence the Trade Quality Score or any other analytical output produced by the ATRAVIX® platform. The platform is designed to support honest, disciplined analytical review. Any attempt to circumvent or distort the framework violates these terms.

AI-assisted features within the ATRAVIX® platform are provided as decision-support tools. You must not:

• Use AI outputs as a substitute for regulated financial advice
• Present AI-generated content from the platform as your own original analysis without disclosure
• Attempt to manipulate, prompt-inject or otherwise interfere with AI reasoning processes
• Use AI outputs to make investment decisions without independent verification and judgement

You must not use ATRAVIX® in connection with any unlawful trading activity, including insider dealing, market abuse, front-running or any other activity that is unlawful under applicable securities, financial services or market abuse legislation.

Nothing produced by the ATRAVIX® platform should be used as a substitute for regulated financial advice, investment advice or professional guidance. If you require regulated advice, please consult a qualified, FCA-authorised financial adviser.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy and to suspend or terminate access to the platform where a violation is confirmed or reasonably suspected. We may also report unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities.
