Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 2026
1. Introduction
This policy explains how you can cancel your paid membership and under what circumstances refunds may be offered. It is in addition to your statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law. Nothing in this policy removes those statutory rights; it explains how Atravix handles cancellation and refund requests in practice.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your paid Atravix membership at any time through one of the following methods:
- Cancelling through your account settings page inside the Atravix platform.
- Sending an email to info@atravix.com with the subject line "Cancel Membership" and your registered account email address.
- Using any other cancellation method clearly communicated at checkout.
3. When Cancellation Takes Effect
After you cancel, your paid access will usually continue until the end of the current paid billing period. You will be able to access the paid features included in your plan throughout that period. When the current period ends, your account will revert to the free plan.
4. Refunds
Atravix provides digital platform access and digital analytical tools. Access to the platform may begin immediately after purchase is completed. Once digital access has started, your statutory right to cancel and obtain a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations may be affected to the extent permitted by law — and only where you expressly agreed to immediate access before the cancellation period ended.
Where a paid plan is cancelled and you have not received a meaningful period of paid access, or where a genuine technical issue prevented the service from being provided, we will review refund requests on their merits. Partial refunds for unused full calendar months of paid access may be considered.
5. When Refunds Are Not Usually Offered
We will not normally offer a refund in the following situations, although each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis:
- A period of paid access has already been used, even if unused days within that period remain.
- A refund request is made without evidence of a technical or processing failure.
- The majority of the features or allowances for the active paid period have been used.
Pro-rata or partial refunds are not automatically available where the membership has been actively used during the paid period. Exceptional circumstances and applicable statutory rights are always reviewed on their merits.
6. If You Forget to Cancel
If you forget to cancel and your plan renews, you may contact us within 14 days of the renewal date to request a refund. We will review the request on its merits. Renewal refunds are not guaranteed, but we will take into account whether the account has been actively used since the renewal date when making our decision.
7. Partial-Month Refunds
Partial-month refunds are not automatically offered. If you cancel partway through a paid period, usage has been minimal, and there is a genuine reason for your request, you may contact us and we will consider it on its merits. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
8. Digital Access Acknowledgement
When you complete a paid Atravix purchase, access to the platform and its digital tools may begin immediately. By subscribing you confirm that you understand:
- Atravix is a digital platform access service with AI-assisted analytical tools.
- Access to the platform may begin immediately after purchase.
- Where you expressly consent to the service starting immediately, certain statutory cancellation rights in relation to the service may be affected once access has started, to the extent permitted by law.
- Your statutory rights are not excluded by this acknowledgement. If you have not consented to immediate access, or if the service has not been delivered, your right to cancel within 14 days of purchase remains intact. Guidance on your statutory rights is available from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) and the UK Government website (gov.uk).
9. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not exclude, limit or otherwise affect your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or any other applicable UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you believe Atravix has failed to deliver the service as described, or that you have been mis-sold a digital product, you have the right to seek a remedy under UK consumer law. You are not limited to the terms set out in this policy.
To exercise your statutory rights or raise a dispute, contact us at info@atravix.com. We will respond within 14 days and work in good faith to reach a fair resolution.
