Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ATRAVIX® website and platform. By accessing or using ATRAVIX®, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or platform.

Atravix is a trading name of Sach Capital Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 08869885, registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, England.

This website is provided for informational and marketing purposes. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its infrastructure
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the website's operation

Access to the ATRAVIX® platform is subject to registration and, where applicable, a paid subscription. You agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose as a decision-support and educational tool.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

ATRAVIX® does not provide financial advice. Nothing on this website or within the platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice or any other form of regulated advice. You should not rely on any content on this site as the basis for making financial or investment decisions.

ATRAVIX® does not make personal recommendations about specific financial instruments, securities, currencies, commodities or any other asset class. The platform is designed to support your own analytical process — it does not recommend what to trade.

ATRAVIX® does not provide trade signals, alerts, tips or any form of directional market guidance. Any analytical outputs produced by the platform reflect a structured review of information you have provided and should not be treated as signals or recommendations to trade.

ATRAVIX® does not offer order execution, brokerage services or any form of trade execution. You must use a separate, appropriately regulated brokerage for any actual trading activity.

The ATRAVIX® platform and all content produced within it is for educational, analytical and decision-support purposes only. Users retain full responsibility for all trading decisions, regardless of any analysis produced by the platform.

By using ATRAVIX®, you acknowledge that trading financial instruments involves significant risk, that past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results, and that you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their consequences.

When you create an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Marketing consent is optional and separate from account registration — you can register an account and use the platform without agreeing to receive marketing communications. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

If you register for a subscription, additional subscription terms apply as set out in Sections 11–14 below and at the point of purchase.

Paid memberships provide access to additional features on a subscription basis. By subscribing you agree to the applicable fees, billing frequency and subscription terms communicated at checkout.

• What you are buying: a subscription to the Atravix® platform at the plan level selected at checkout.
• Billing frequency: your plan is billed either monthly or annually, as shown at checkout and in your account.
• Auto-renewal: paid memberships renew automatically at the billing frequency shown at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal date. You will be charged the then-current fee unless the fee changes have been communicated to you in advance.
• When payment is taken: the initial payment is taken at checkout. Recurring payments are taken on or around each billing date.
• How to cancel: you can cancel your paid membership through your account settings or by contacting us at info@atravix.com.
• When cancellation takes effect: if you cancel, your paid access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period. You will not receive a refund for the unused portion of that period unless otherwise stated in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• What happens after cancellation: after cancellation your account will revert to the free plan on the next billing date after the current paid period ends. Access to paid features and paid-output generation will then be restricted.
• Failed payments: if your chosen payment method cannot be charged when a renewal payment is due, we will make reasonable attempts to retry the transaction. Access to paid features may be suspended until payment is successfully settled. If payment can still not be collected, your membership may be downgraded to the free plan and any associated payment surcharges and active cycles may be closed.
• Downgrade on non-renewal: if no action is taken, your membership will revert to the free plan on the renewal date and access to paid features will be restricted accordingly.

Failed generations that do not produce a usable output will not count against your monthly allowance. We review each case on its merits and at our discretion. Generations that time out, are terminated by the system, or are otherwise not successfully completed will normally not be counted against your allowance. You can contact us at info@atravix.com if a failed generation has affected your allowance.

Certain plans include monthly usage allowances, such as a limited number of Trade Decision Engine scored decisions or AI Mentor reports. The following applies:

• Monthly usage allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle or usage period (as defined in your plan and communicated at checkout).
• Unused allowances do not roll over to the next period, unless an alternative policy is expressly stated for your plan.
• Failed generations that do not produce a usable output do not count against your monthly usage allowance.
• We reserve the right to update plan limits, usage thresholds and feature availability from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to you in advance where reasonably practicable.

After your paid membership ends, your account may revert to the free plan. You may retain access to certain historical saved outputs where technically available, but the following restrictions will apply:

• Generating new paid-feature outputs — such as scored decisions via the Trade Decision Engine, AI Mentor reports or Strategy Builder generations — will not be available on the free plan.
• Editing, exporting or conducting advanced analysis on existing outputs may be restricted compared to your paid plan.
• Advanced display options, detailed score breakdowns and other paid-tier features will no longer be accessible once your plan is downgraded. You can reactivate a paid plan at any time to restore access.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that ATRAVIX® provides digital platform access and that paid access may begin immediately after purchase. Where you expressly request immediate access to digital content or services, your statutory cancellation rights in relation to the service element may be affected once access has started, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect any other statutory rights you may have.

Where you have not consented to immediate access, or where the service has not been delivered, your right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 remains intact. These terms clarify your rights — they do not exclude them.

We strongly recommend that you review the full Refund and Cancellation Policy before subscribing.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to manipulate scoring outputs, upload harmful content, impersonate others, scrape data, reverse engineer the platform or use AI outputs as a substitute for regulated financial advice. Full details are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.

All content, design, software, trademarks and intellectual property on the ATRAVIX® website and platform remain the property of Sach Capital Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature or aspect of the platform with reasonable notice where possible. Plan features, usage allowance types, and scored-output limits are subject to change with at least 30 days notice — whether for technical improvements or market adaptation — to consumers, to the extent of law, and These terms do not limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATRAVIX® and Sach Capital Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any trading decisions made in connection with it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these terms, engage in prohibited conduct or where required by law. You may terminate your account at any time in accordance with the subscription terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of ATRAVIX® shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
