Risk Disclosure
Last updated: June 2026
Important Notice
Please read this risk disclosure carefully before using the ATRAVIX® platform or making any trading or investment decision. This disclosure is not exhaustive — there may be additional risks not described here that are relevant to your personal circumstances.
1. Trading Risk
Trading financial instruments involves a high degree of risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Trading is not suitable for everyone, and you should carefully consider your financial situation, objectives and risk tolerance before trading.
2. Investment Risk
The value of investments can fall as well as rise. You may receive back less than you invest. Investment decisions should be made after careful consideration and, where appropriate, with the guidance of a qualified, regulated financial adviser.
3. Market Volatility
Financial markets can be highly volatile. Prices can move rapidly and unpredictably in response to economic data, geopolitical events, central bank decisions, market sentiment and a wide range of other factors. Past price behaviour does not guarantee future price movements.
4. Leverage Risk
Many financial instruments involve leverage — where a relatively small deposit controls a much larger position. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. It is possible to lose more than your initial deposit when trading leveraged instruments. Leverage should be used with extreme caution and only by those who fully understand its risks.
5. CFDs and Derivatives
Contracts for Difference (CFDs) and other derivative instruments are complex products. A high percentage of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. You should understand how these products work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money before trading them.
6. Foreign Exchange (Forex) Risk
Currency trading involves significant risk. Exchange rates can move rapidly and sharply. Factors including interest rate differentials, political events, economic data and market sentiment can cause large and sudden movements in currency pairs. Forex trading is not appropriate for all investors.
7. Cryptoasset Risk
Cryptoassets are highly speculative, unregulated in many jurisdictions and extremely volatile. The value of cryptoassets can fall to zero. Cryptoasset investments are not protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) or equivalent protections in most cases. You should be prepared to lose the entire value of any cryptoasset investment.
8. Past Performance
Past performance of any financial instrument, strategy, analytical approach or trading method is not a reliable indicator of future results. Any reference to historical performance should not be construed as a guarantee or expectation of future performance.
9. No Guarantee of Results
ATRAVIX® does not guarantee any specific outcome, result or level of performance in connection with its platform or services. The Trade Quality Score and analytical outputs produced by the platform are decision-support tools only. They do not predict market movements or guarantee trading outcomes.
10. User Responsibility
All trading and investment decisions are made solely by you. You are fully responsible for the consequences of your own decisions. ATRAVIX® accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of trading decisions made in connection with use of the platform.
11. Seek Independent Regulated Advice
If you are uncertain about any financial or investment decision, you should seek independent advice from a qualified, regulated financial adviser before proceeding. In the UK, regulated financial advisers are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You can verify authorisation at register.fca.org.uk.
ATRAVIX® is a trading decision intelligence and educational technology platform.
