We use cookies and similar technologies on our website. Essential cookies are required for the site to function. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used with your explicit consent. Please see our Cookie Policy for full details.

We will only send you marketing communications if you have given your explicit, separate, optional consent — consent is not bundled into acceptance of these Terms and is not required to register or use the platform. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at info@atravix.com or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We explicitly distinguish transactional emails (account, billing and service messages) from marketing emails.

Data you enter into the ATRAVIX® platform — including trade decision inputs, strategy data, analysis inputs and review notes — is stored securely and used solely to provide the platform service to you. The platform also generates AI-assisted analytical outputs based on your inputs. We do not use your trade data for marketing, third-party data sales or financial analysis purposes.

Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card details. The payment provider processes your payment data subject to their own privacy policy and security standards. We receive only confirmation of successful transactions and basic billing information.

When you use certain platform features (including quick insights, trade validation, AI mentor reports and the strategy generator) the data you enter — including trade inputs and thesis information — may be processed by one or more third-party large language model (LLM) providers to generate AI-assisted analytical outputs. The LLM providers we may use include OpenAI and Google (Gemini).

These providers process the data strictly for the purpose of generating responses for ATRAVIX® and do not collect or use your data to train their own models. The processed data remains subject to the provider's applicable data security and confidentiality commitments for service provision.

We currently rely on data residency in the US and UK. Where processing involves a transfer outside the UK or EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) and that any such data passes through our non-technical sub-processors paired with controlled abidance, before provider connection.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Technology infrastructure providers (hosting, databases, cloud services)
• Payment processors for subscription billing
• AI / LLM providers (as described in section 9A)
• Analytics service providers (subject to your consent)
• Legal and regulatory authorities where required by law

All data processors are subject to appropriate data processing agreements and UK GDPR-compliant protections.

Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the relevant authority. We will not transfer your data to countries without an adequate level of protection unless such safeguards are in place. See also section 9A for the AI / LLM provider safeguards applying on a case-by-case basis.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Account data is generally retained for the duration of your subscription plus a reasonable period thereafter (typically 12 months after account closure, subject to legal requirements). You may request deletion of your data at any time (subject to legal retention requirements).

Payment transaction data is retained in accordance with the payment processor's applicable retention schedule (typically up to 7 years to comply with financial regulations). AI query logs and outputs are generally stored for as long as they are needed for account/service delivery, and may be aggregated, anonymised for product improvement or deleted in line with governance as determined by our product / legal board limits.

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right to access — to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — to request deletion of your data in certain circumstances
• Right to restriction — to request that we limit processing of your data
• Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interests or for marketing
• Rights related to automated decision-making — we do not make solely automated decisions with legal or significant effects

To exercise any of these rights, contact info@atravix.com. We will respond to verified requests without undue delay and within the timeframe required by law (usually within one month).

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal. Contact us at info@atravix.com or use the cookie preference settings on our website.
